This is your MOBility “Homework”!!  Dr. Jack and his team believe that the best, and most lasting results happen when you take an active approach to your health.  Get yourself familiar with each of these mobilization techniques and stretches until they become an automatic part of your daily routine.   Each stretch should be held for a minimum of 1 minute.  However, instead of worrying about the time, I want you to be more conscious of focusing on the muscle that you are targeting and mobilize until you feel a release within that muscle.  Mobilize with a purpose.
