Challenge Yourself


Each Summer, for the past few years, my wife and I have made a point of challenging ourselves to achieve something that is definitely a little out of our comfort zone.  Something that is beyond what we ever thought we could accomplish, and that requires some training in order to finish.  By setting these lofty goals, you find that you just do what it takes to meet those challenges.  There is definitely a satisfaction to pushing yourself above and beyond those limitations that you previously set for yourself.  At Kinesis Chiropractic and Physical Medicine we find your inner athlete and raise you to a standard of health and fitness that you never thought was possible.  This year we decided to summit Mt. Whitney… I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
