CrossFit Los Alamitos is dedicated to making you a better human being through exercise. The adaptations that occur within our walls are far greater than just PR’s on pull ups and weight off the scale. The work that you put in here with your fellow athletes will help develop not only your physical strength, but your mental strength as well. Pushing yourself to your limits within these walls will make it easier to reach new limits outside of them. Once you find the “limits of your experience” you will constantly want to push them further. Thats why we do what we do.

We are here for the beginner to the advanced and anything in between. Never seen a barbell before? That’s fine. Haven’t done a pull up since grade school? Great. Interested in competing in CrossFit at a high level? Oh yea, we can do that too.

But with most things, you have to give it a try. And when we say try, don’t make it a one time thing. Give us a month to show you how the best training system on the planet will change your life.

CrossFit

CardioFit

CardioFit is a cardio-focused exercise routine that incorporates CrossFit movements. This class is perfect for all levels, even beginners.  CardioFit is all about functional movement performed at high intensity, with an emphasis on intensity.

Yoga

You might be thinking “Yoga and CrossFit? Aren’t they complete opposites?” We say, these two practices go together like peanut-butter and jelly! The CrossFit Modern Yoga classes offer our members an excellent opportunity to improve mobility, gain strength, and prevent pain/injuries.
